Beloit School Board Agrees To Sell Property To Health System

The Beloit School Board voted unanimously this week approved a land swap deal that would give the former Morgan elementary school property to the Beloit Health System. The BDN reports that the board voted in open session, with one member recusing themselves due to conflict of interest. The plans in place state the property will close on May 1. BHS has no immediate plans for the property, but it does provide expansion opportunities.
