Beloit Residents Facing Charges Including 2nd Degree Recklessly Endangering Safety

Beloit residents 20 year old Jy Hear Cencer Russell and 19 year old Nahyria Ra Yanna Mcgee Jackson are facing charges including 2nd degree recklessly endangering safety, vehicle operator fleeing or eluding an officer, and resisting or obstructing an officer after an incident that occurred on June 14. Yesterday a $3,750 bond was set for both of them, and they were ordered not to drive any motor vehicles, ATV’s, or motorized equipment of any kind. They both have an upcoming court appearance on June 30 at 10 a.m.
