According to the daily media report from the Beloit Police Department, they are investigating two theft incidents that were reported yesterday. The first case was reported at about 1:20 p.m. on Prairie Avenue. The suspect is described as a 23 year old black female who is about 6 feet tall and weighs about 140 pounds. The second case was reported yesterday at 3:10 p.m. on Liberty Ave. The suspect is described as a 36 year old white female who is about 5 feet and 8 inches tall and weighs about 300 pounds.
