According to the daily media release from the Beloit Police Department, they are looking for a suspect in connection to a theft case that occurred yesterday at about 5:40 p.m. on Milwaukee Rd. The suspect is described as a 20 year old black female who is about 5 feet and 4 inches tall, and weighs about 130 pounds.
