According to the daily media report from the Beloit Police Department, they are looking for a suspect in connection to a theft case that was reported on Friday at about 1:15 p.m. on W. Grand Ave. The suspect is described as a 28 year old white female who is about 5 feet and 2 inches tall and weighs about 110 pounds.
