According to the daily media report from the Beloit Police Department, they are looking for a suspect in connection to a theft case that was reported on Saturday at about 9:50 a.m. on Milwaukee Rd. The suspect is described as a 23 year old black female who is about 5 feet and 8 inches tall and weighs about 160 pounds.
