According to the daily media report from the Beloit Police Department, they are looking for a suspect involved in a theft and disorderly conduct case that was reported this morning at about 12:09 a.m. near Grand Ave. and McKinley Ave. The suspect is described as a 19 year old black male who is about 5 feet and 10 inches tall and weighs about 170 pounds.
