According to the daily media report from the Beloit Police Department, they are looking for a suspect in connection to an obstructing justice and weapons offense case that was reported on Sunday at about 12:40 p.m. on Roosevelt Ave. The suspect is described as a 24 year old black male who is about 6 feet tall and weighs about 165 pounds.
