Beloit Police Investigating Thefts

The City of Beloit Police Department is attempting to tie up loose ends on a theft case. On Sunday morning, the department posted to its Facebook page about an investigation regarding a stolen vehicle on Wood Drive. The vehicle was reported stolen around 11 PM Friday and was discovered in Janesville, where a brief pursuit ensued. The vehicle was later located and evidence collection is underway. Property was located from a house on Butlin Drive. Police are asking the community in that area to investigate and make sure none of their property is missing.
