According to an update from the Beloit Police Department, a crashed Elantra was located in the 900 block of Lincoln last night, which was stolen out of Rockford. Three subjects with masks were seen running from the vehicle at about 9 p.m. Additionally, a different car was stolen not from the area, which has already been recovered.
