Beloit Police Chief Meet And Greet

Beloit Police have announced the date of its police chief finalist meet and greet. The department says on Facebook that a nationwide search for the next police chief has commenced, and the department has identified two finalists, interim police chief and inspector Thomas Stigler, and Captain Andre Sayles. A virtual meet and greet will be held on Wednesday, April 7 from 6:30 to 7:30. Registration, which is required, can be emailed to publiccomment@beloitwi.gov. Both candidates will hold a brief presentation, which will be followed by a question and answer session. Questions can also be directed to publiccomment@beloitwi.gov. The commission is hopeful they will have a decision by mid to late April.
