Beloit Man Facing Charge of Posession of a Firearm by a Felon

Beloit resident 28 year old Alvaro Servin is facing a charge of possession of a firearm by a felon after an incident that occurred on December 3. On December 6, he was ordered to have no direct or indirect contact with a victim, their residence, place of employment, vehicle or elsewhere, and he must not possess any weapons. Also a cash bond of $500 was set. A preliminary hearing is scheduled for December 20.
