Beloit Man Facing 3rd Offense OWI

Beloit resident 27 year old Angel Edgardo Salazar is facing charges including 3rd offense OWI, vehicle operator fleeing or eluding an officer, resisting or obstructing an officer, reckless driving endangering safety, and two counts of misdemeanor bail jumping after an incident that occurred on February 28. The case was officially filed earlier this month. On March 1 he was ordered to have no contact with an involved victim, their residence, place of employment, vehicle, or elsewhere. He is also not to engage in acts or threats of violence and must maintain absolute sobriety. He is also only to drive to and from work. Salazar has an upcoming court appearance on Monday at 10:30 a.m.
