Beloit Man Arrested Yesterday on Multiple Charges

According to the daily media report from the Beloit Police Department, 26 year old Johnny Pastor was arrested yesterday at about 11:50 p.m. for recklessly endangering safety, assault, disorderly conduct, and destruction of property.
