Another Update On Beloit Missing Persons Case

Beloit Police have released an update on the two individuals who went missing yesterday. The department says that they began an investigation after 7-month-old Sovereign Taylor was taken by 17-year-old Jason Schaffer. The two subjects were later located by the Chicago Police Department, and Taylor was eventually reunited with the mother of the child. Beloit Police’s initial concern was with Taylor’s welfare, but now that the child has been safely returned, the investigation will now be centered on child custody issues. The investigation will be forwarded to the correct court parties upon the conclusion of the police’s portion of the investigation.
