Annual School District Update Given at Whitewater Common Council Meeting

At Tuesday night’s Whitewater Common Council meeting, Mike Lovenberg from the Whitewater Unified School District gave the annual report to the council. He stated that many students are back at in-person learning, with only 50-60 students still learning virtually. One comment made from council member Brienne Brown was that she would like to see the Strings program in the district expanded, and not just an after school program.
