Amanda Spranger to Become Principal of Edison Middle School in Janesville

In a press release from the School District of Janesville, they have announced the recommendation to hire Amanda Spranger as the new Principal for Edison Middle School. Spranger currently serves as the Academic Learning Coach at Franklin Middle School, and upon school board approval, will begin her new position at Edison on July 1, 2022. Spranger began employment in the School District of Janesville in the 2000/2001 school year, and began her career as a 7th grade teacher. Spranger received her Bachelor of Science Degree in Elementary and Middle Level Education (2000) from the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh and a Master of Science degree in Educational Leadership (2014) from Cardinal Stritch University. She currently holds several Wisconsin educator licenses including Elementary/Middle Level Teacher, Director of Instruction, and Principal.
