Airplane That Crashed In Whitewater Removed From Crash Site

The airplane involved in the miraculous plane crash and rescue in whitewater has finally been removed from the Kettle Moraine State Forest. According to multiple sources, helicopters lifted the plane out of the forest on Wednesday. All three occupants of the aircraft survived when the plane, heading from Sheboygan to Burlington, crashed into the tree line about 75 feet off the ground in Whitewater off County P near the Lake. It took several hours to rescue the individuals and crews from Rock and Dane counties provided assistance. The Whitewater Fire Department has shared a Facebook post with a photo of the plane to their Facebook page.
