Additional Locations Added for Lead Service Line Replacement in Janesville

According to the City of Janesville, additional locations have been scheduled for lead service line replacement. Residents in the affected areas, who will be notified with a door hanger 24 hours before the work begins, may experience water shut offs that are estimated to be less than 4 hours in length. During the week of June 21, the following locations may see temporary water service interruptions:

-West Delavan Drive from South Jackson Street to 540 West Delavan Drive**

-West Delavan Drive from South Washington Street to South Chatham Street*

-South Terrace Street from West Delavan Drive to Drake Street*

-North High Street from Ravine Street to Madison Street*

-Madison Street from North High Street to North Jackson Street*

-Madison Street from Ravine Street to Court Street*

-North Chatham Street from Ravine Street to West Court Street*

-North Chatham Street from Highland to Ravine Street*

-Elizabeth Street from North Pearl Street to North Chatham Street*

-Center Avenue from West Court Street to Wilson Avenue**

* Open to local traffic only during the construction process and will resume normal traffic upon completion of the service replacements on the day of operations.
