A Waukesha man was arrested on suspicion of his 7th offense OWI. Colin Johnson was driving just after 1130pm on I-94 driving about 90 miles an hour swerving in and out of the vehicles lane in rainy and wet conditions. The officer pulled him over and subjected him to standard field sobriety tests, Johnson was transported to a local hospital for a legal blood draw before being taken to jail. Johnson was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence 7th offense which is a felony, he was also cited for speeding, operating without insurance, failure to fasten seat belt, driving with a revoked license and drunk driving, no court date has been set.
