8 Year Old Johnson Creek Resident Recognized by Village for Leadership and Fundraising Skills

According to a post from the Village of Johnson Creek, yesterday the village paid a visit to 8 year old Bentley Schacht and honored him as an exemplary resident for his incredible leadership and fundraising skills. Bentley raised $1,000 for the Jefferson fire department by selling his art. Village Board President John L. Swisher, Village Administrator Brad Calder, Board Trustee Bev Deppe, and Tourism & Communications Director Katie Newcomb were there to celebrate him.
