Burlington resident 30 year old Timothy Fields, Waterford resident 35 year old Christopher McFadden, and Genoa City resident 35 year old James Williams Jr. are all facing charges in Walworth County court for possession with intent to deliver methamphetamine after an incident that occurred on May 26.

Fields and McFadden are also facing charges of felony bail jumping. Fields and Williams are facing charges of possession of drug paraphernalia. Fields is facing charges of possession of a controlled substance and two counts of resisting/obstructing an officer, and Williams faces additional charges of misdemeanor bail jumping and possession of THC.

On May 27, Fields and Williams each had a bond amount of $10 thousand set, and McFadden had a bond amount of $15 thousand.

All of them are not to possess any firearms, ammunition, or other weapons and are not allowed to contact each other. McFadden was ordered by the court not to possess or consume alcohol.

Williams will appear in court on June 10 at 1:15 p.m., Fields will appear in court on June 10 at 2 p.m., and McFadden will appear in court on June 16 at 1:15 p.m.
