27 Year Old Watertown Man Arrested After Accident on Saturday

According to a post from the Watertown WI Police Department, a 27 year old man was arrested for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated, causing injury, after officers responded to a two vehicle car accident on Saturday at about 5:35 p.m. near East Gate Dr. and Bradley St. He is waiting for his initial appearance at the Jefferson County Courthouse. Witnesses say he was driving over 60 miles per hour and struck another vehicle while it was turning. The driver of the turning vehicle was treated for many injuries.
