According to multiple sources, the 27 year old victim from last week’s murder-suicide in Janesville has been identified as Carlos Alberto Cruz Portillo. Portillo came to Milton when he was 8 years old, and went to school in Milton before graduating from Janesville Parker High School in 2013. A funeral service will be held on Saturday, May 29.
